The Behavioral Health Case Manager Team Leader evaluates performance of case managers. Manages a staff of case managers responsible for emotional, mental or psychological patient care coordination. Being a Behavioral Health Case Manager Team Leader requires a bachelor's degree. Ensures care provided is in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. In addition, Behavioral Health Case Manager Team Leader typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
