ORACLE Business Analysis Manager manages the analysis of business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Oracle-PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Implements policies and procedures to analyze system performance, ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Being an ORACLE Business Analysis Manager leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify needs and validate that Oracle-PeopleSoft ERP solutions align with business processes. Evaluates and reviews business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, ORACLE Business Analysis Manager monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of Oracle-PeopleSoft modules. Manages Oracle-PeopleSoft vendors and facilitates communication to identify new applications or technology. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ORACLE Business Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
