Diversity Specialist II administers programs that promote employee and vendor diversity. Ensures compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Being a Diversity Specialist II fosters knowledge and adoption of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and best practices. Ensures organization employs strategies to attract, develop, and retain members of underrepresented groups. Additionally, Diversity Specialist II compiles statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. May be responsible for delivering diversity training. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
