Hartselle Utilities Convenience Pay program allows customers to pay their bill online, this payment option does not access your account information and you will not be able to view your account statement. Before proceeding, you must have your paper statement or your account information available. If you are paying multiple accounts, you must complete a separate transaction for each account. For each approved transaction you will receive a confirmation number. We advise customers to retain this confirmation number in case there are questions regarding the transaction. If you do not receive a transaction number, your transaction was declined. Should you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at (256) 773-3340. Our Convenience Pay program, which allows you to pay your bill online, and our E-Bill program, which allows you to view your bill online, are two separate programs, and you can use either one or both. When you enroll in E-Bill you will receive your statements online only; your utility bill will no longer be mailed to you each month. You do not have to enroll in E-Bill to pay your bill online.
