Salary.com, the compensation data and analytics leader, ended 2018 with a 70%+ increase in bookings, and more than doubling new customers, versus year-ago.

The Company also released numerous new product enhancements, including short- and long-term incentive data sets, HR-reported aggregate market data sets in 12 additional countries, streamlined salary structures modeling and management capabilities, persona-based dashboards, and expanded executive pay pricing and reporting functionality.
