Salary.com Delivers Record 2018 with 70% Increase in Bookings

Salary.com, the compensation data and analytics leader, ended 2018 with a 70%+ increase in bookings, and more than doubling new customers, versus year-ago.

Waltham, MA (April 1, 2019) – Salary.com, the leading SaaS provider of cloud-based compensation data and analytics, today announces record results for Fiscal Year 2018, ended December 31, 2018, with a more than 70% increase in bookings year-over-year, and a more than 100% increase in new customers year-over-year, as compared to Fiscal Year 2017.

In addition to the launch of their award-winning CompAnalyst for Enterprise platform, Salary.com also celebrated their acquisition of Compdata Surveys & Consulting in 2018, expanding their survey practice to include data from more than 25,000 participating organizations across 14 industries. The Company also released numerous new product enhancements, including short- and long-term incentive data sets, HR-reported aggregate market data sets in 12 additional countries, streamlined salary structures modeling and management capabilities, persona-based dashboards, and expanded executive pay pricing and reporting functionality.
