JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Compensation and Benefits Director

Develops and administers all compensation and benefits programs designed to attract and retain employees. Ensures compensation and benefits programs remain within budgetary constraints. Monitors trends and provides recommendations for improvements. Creates policies and initiatives to ensure compensation and benefits programs follow all legal and organizational rules and guidelines.
