He enjoys working with clients on all aspects of compensation strategy and design for executives, employees, and sales compensation. Eric’s areas of industry expertise include financial services, not for profit, manufacturing, healthcare, high tech, and retail. A graduate of The University of Georgia, Eric previously worked for IBM Kenexa Smarter Workforce, Newport Group and Willis Towers Watson.
