Job Title: HGV Trailer Mechanic

Location: Sittingbourne

Hours: Monday to Friday – Day Shift

Annual Salary: £44,000 - £60,000

Our client, a highly regarded specialist in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance, is looking for a skilled, experienced, and qualified Trailer Mechanic to join their team at the Sittingbourne workshop.

HGV Trailer Mechanic Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of vehicle maintenance tasks, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical servicing and repairs.
• Address running defects, conduct diagnostics, and carry out complete vehicle overhauls.
• Prepare vehicles for MOTs and present them for testing when necessary.

HGV Trailer Mechanic Requirements

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Demonstrable experience working with trailers.
