Being a Workforce Analyst applies predictive models and methods to develop short and long-term forecasts. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Additionally, Workforce Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Workforce Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst is a subject matter expert of the workforce management solution (WFMS) system, with working knowledge of operational practices, procedures, systems and initiatives and how they interact with the workforce management solution system. Assists in the review, development and deployment of new workforce management applications and processes. Supports the Operations team by providing metrics, data analysis and recommendations on business initiatives which support process improvement, scaling and efficiencies and are responsive to the changing needs of the organization.
