Job Purpose

The Web Designer will create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for Great Minds’ website.

Responsibilities

• Design visually captivating and user-friendly interfaces for our website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives and align design with project visions and goals.
• Transform concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Continuously improve user experience by implementing feedback and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in web design
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
• Deep understanding of web design principles and responsive design
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO techniques, and industry best practices
• Ability to work with content management systems, specifically HubSpot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design

Location

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000-$76,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
