Job Description

M.H. Eby, Inc., an industry leading manufacturer of aluminum transportation equipment is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join our Warranty team in Blue Ball, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and comply with all company safety policies
• Receive - log customer/dealer emails, phone calls, and verbal warranty, customer satisfaction, rework requests/inquiries
• Research and evaluate warranty, customer satisfaction, rework requests for validity
• Troubleshoot issues and concerns for customers, dealers, and company repair facilities
• Set up cases for valid warranty, customer satisfaction, rework claims
• Work with customers/dealers to resolve valid claims
• Procure needed parts for warranty claims in a timely manner
• Work with Suppliers/vendors on returns/shipments of warranty materials in a timely manner
• Manage large projects to completion
• Prepare and track information for data reports needed
• Process completed warranty cases
• Perform related duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Good communication with all customers as well as interdepartmental personnel
• Knowledge in all phases of trailer and truck body repairs is a plus
• Able to react to an everchanging environment and maintain a professional attitude
• Able to effectively use required computer operating systems
