The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of the FTTx deployment, including Fulfillment, Construction, and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all operational facets are executed efficiently and effectively to meet company goals and client expectations.

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of FTTx deployment encompassing Fulfillment, Construction, and MDU projects.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and quality of service.

• Liaise with the VP of Operations to align operational activities with overall business objectives. • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize operational processes.

• Coordinate with various departments, including supply chain, customer service, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of operational staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards across all project sites.
• Prepare and review reports on project progress and performance for senior management.
• Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize project outcomes.
• Handle escalations and complex issues arising from operational activities.
