ACTIONS

• Assisting customers in-store and by phone with account questions
• Scheduling service and delivery appointments with customers
• Assisting the store manager with sales and store operations
• Collections from in house current customers only
• Verifying customer file information
• Delivery and set up of items to our customers homes
• Assisting the store manager with item inventory processes
• Helping to maintain showroom and back room organization
• Basic item upkeep and refurbishment
• Basic vehicle upkeep

QUALIFICATIONS

• All our employees must have a CLEAN driving record to be able to drive our company cars if needed (such as no DUI's or excessive tickets)
• Must pass drug test and any applicable background check.
• Professional Phone skills
• Ability to lift heavy items without issues
• Sales or collections experience helpful, but not required to apply
