Title: AP Specialist

Location: Downtown Philadelphia, PA

LOA: 6m - Contract to Hire

Summary:

Looking for an Accounts Payable Consultant who can process PO's, invoices, and Reports. Must have a high level of urgency with the workload that is given. Candidaters will be required to be on-stie 5 days a week in downtwn Philadelphia.

Candidates will work as a contractor for the first 6 months, then will be converted into a full-time employee.

This role will require this person to work directly with vendors to handle any discrepencies and work with their internal AP/AR teams for any PO/Statement reconciliations.

Job Responsibilities and Details:

• Vetting company policies and procedures
• Speaking/Emailing Vendors Directly to reconcile Statements and POs
• Working internally to correct discrepencies in POs

Job Experience:

• Strong understanding in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups)
• Ability to Scan/Process Invoices, PO's Invoices, and Reports.
• Background in Customer or Vendor Services
• Strong business and analytical skills and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in basic commuter software
