Service Manager
Day shift Service Manager needed for fast paced heavy duty truck dealership. Individual must be self-motivated, organized, work well with customers and well under pressure situations.
Responsibilities to include:
· Responsibility to manage and oversee the service department at R&R Inc. of Pa location off of 422.
· Instruct and assign all technicians for shop repairs
· Open up facility in the a.m. for start of business
· Answer customer phone calls and schedule appointments for truck repairs
· Prepare quotes for customer repairs
· Open/create repair orders, process, and billing.
· Experience of the area and knowledge of customer base needed
· Conduct interviews for technicians and service department employees
· Prepare reviews for service meetings
· 4 -10 year’s management experience required
