Job Summary
The Dispensary Supervisor assists with the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and provides support for the management team. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class customer service while ensuring compliance to all applicable regulations and company standards. The Dispensary Supervisor will set the standard for performance and keeping associates motivated. The role requires excellent leadership qualities, gain and understanding of dispensary inventory and products and will assist with opening and closing duties in the absence of management.
