Training Assistant jobs in Tennessee

TN Professional Training Institute is looking for a ONE outgoing, professional and responsible person to join our administrative team! This person must have a college degree, have a GREAT attitude and be able to work with the administrative team, as well as students to perform the duties of the day to day operation of the school. These include but are not limited to: admissions, enrollment, records, tuition, management, and operations.

Some skills required:

• Outgoing and positive outlook
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to answer and respond to calls, walk-in students, emails and Facebook messages in an uplifting, professional and timely manner
• Highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to quickly learn and use the educational software system
• Able to keep student and state records complete and up to date
• Able to work closely with the administrative team and students daily

Some job responsibilities include:

• Help the director and team with day to day operations
• Give school tours including help with admissions, enrollment and tuition solutions
• Keep student records up to date
• Prepare accurate reports for the state
• Ensure all programs meet and exceed industry standards
• Strategize new initiatives and develop new programs
• Work closely with teachers to ensure an excellent educational experience

This is a full time position with an occasional evening and Saturday depending on the class scheduling.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
