Primary Responsibilities and Duties:- Manage clients' day-to-day contract and commercial bond needs including processing bond requests, issuing bonds, renewals, riders, cancellations and billings
- Responsible for assembling and presenting new account and bond submissions to underwriters
- Responsible for requesting periodic informational updates, analyzing information and communicating the results to producer units, underwriters and department manager
- Respond to needs and questions relating to account bond program, project limits and specific project opportunities
- Communicate timely, professionally and effectively with underwriters and producer units regarding accounts or individual bond approvals, conditions and required underwriting information
- Process all bond requests within time frames required by the client
