National leader in commercial construction (renovation, and Ground up) is looking for a Piping Construction Manager to join their team on a full time/perm basis to work on our various St. Louis projects.
Ideal candidate will have 5 plus years being responsible for performing detailed planning, scheduling, and management of construction projects (self-perform and subcontracted) on a large chemical or manufacturing plant. They will prepare bid packages for subcontract work and ensure work is executed in line with safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets, as well as corporate and client expectations. The value of projects will vary based on overall complexity, but in general the position will oversee multiple simultaneous projects ranging from $2,000 to $5,000,000 each.
Previous experience overseeing project involving piping, tubing, tank, conveyor, and setting equipment and systems highly desired
