The Trade Show Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.   • Location: Gig Harbor, WA (Office); Tradeshows primarily in Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston, and King County, with occasional shows in Whatcom and Clark County.
    Schedule: Primarily weekends; occasional Thursday to Sunday shifts; 8 to 10 hours per day (hours may vary based on the event)
    Hourly Rate: $19 with bonus incentives based on lead generation performance.

    Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Tradeshow Booth Representative to join our team in Gig Harbor, WA. As a Booth Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our air purification line and engaging with potential customers at various tradeshows, public exhibits, and fairs across Pierce, Kitsap, Thurston, King, Whatcom, and Clark County. Your primary objective will be to generate leads by engaging with every attendee, sparking their interest in our booth, and enticing them to learn more about our products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively approach and engage with attendees to generate leads and drive foot traffic to our booth.
    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our air purification line and promotional giveaways, including cash drawings and major league sport tickets.
    • Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the booth to attract visitors and encourage interaction.
    • Educate attendees about our products and services, addressing any inquiries they may have.
    • Collect contact information and qualify leads to ensure quality and relevance.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in the face of rejection.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operation of the booth and achieve collective goals.
    • Assist with booth setup and teardown as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles preferred.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a passion for engaging with people.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
