    General Purpose:

    The Trade Show Representative is responsible for representing the company at local events, engaging with attendees, and generating interest in our cleaning services. The main goal is to secure appointments with potential customers during the event. The position is crucial in promoting the company and driving customer acquisition through in-person interactions at community events.

    General Overview:

    We seek a dynamic and engaging Trade Show Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company at various local events, including home shows, art shows, and community events. Your primary responsibility will be representing our brand, creating awareness about our cleaning services, and converting potential customers into booked appointments.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Event Representation:
    • Attend local events, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays, to represent our company at our 10x10 booth.
    • Set up and take down the booth as needed for each event.
    • Engagement and Lead Generation:
    • Engage with event attendees to create interest in our cleaning services.
    • Clearly and persuasively communicate our service offerings to potential customers.
    • Appointment Scheduling:
    • Actively work to schedule appointments with interested attendees during the event.
    • Ensure that appointments are accurately scheduled on the same day as the event.
    • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cleaning services to communicate and address customer inquiries effectively.
    • Sales Conversion:
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert potential customers into booked appointments.
    • Performance Metrics:
    • Strive to meet or exceed set targets, with an average goal of 40 bookings per event based on the performance in 2023.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work weekends consistently.
    • Physically capable of setting up and taking down a 10x10 booth.
    • Sales experience is a plus.
    • Positive and energetic attitude.

    Compensation:

    • $19 per hour.
    • $5 per booking.
    • $35 daily Per Diem for each full day worked in GA.
    • Contract
