- Collaborate with service technicians to address and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Generate and maintain precise documentation related to projects.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges during project execution.
- Oversee monitoring accounts, manage annual inspections for fire alarms, and coordinate other routine renewals and inspections.
- Be available for emergency calls after regular business hours.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor consistently.
