Job Title: Senior Accountant – Subsidiary Operations 

Location: Tucker, GA, USA

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced team member in accounting and finance.  To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate statement of accounts. Assist the Finance Manager with reconciliations and other schedules for all US 3B Companies.  Assist with integration of new acquisitions. Position is onsite in our office located in Tucker, Georgia just outside of Atlanta.  Only local candidates should apply, no relocation assistance will be provided. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handle all aspects of accounting for US based subsidiaries including but not limited to: 

1. Prepare financial statements for subsidiaries and assist in completing financial reports to Headquarters. 
2. Maintain general ledger; post general journal entries and perform account reconciliations 
3. Bank account reconciliations 
4. Process accounts payable, prepare and send checks as needed to assist AP 
5. Process and send customer invoices, collect accounts receivable and apply cash receipts as needed to assist AR 
6. Maintain fixed asset subledger and depreciation schedules 
7. Reconcile intercompany balances with affiliates 
8. Prepare budgets and forecasts 

• Analyze budget variances 
• Management financial reporting 
• Other reconciliations as assigned 
• Assist with annual audit schedules 
• Assist with sales tax preparation 
• Assist with tax schedules 
• Assist with software conversions and integrations of new acquisitions 
• Special projects as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required. 
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a product environment 
• Exposure to international operations is preferred but not required 
• Experience in a multi-company environment strongly preferred 
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and projects with strong written and oral communication skills. 
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Valid driver's license and passport, with a strong work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, flexibility, loyalty, and reliability.
