We are seeking a motivated Promotional Manager to join our growing team. The role of the TSP Manager is to handle daily operations in combination with performing weekly and monthly tasks required for the flow of this exciting business. We are in search of an experienced event and promotions specialist, team leader, and productive operator who can manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in promotional management or a related field

Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Initial POC for existing clients (existing clients are defined as active 3 months).
Initial POC for Consumer Educators who experience any issues (logistics, inventory)
Assigning and maintaining full staff coverage for all current & future events
Soliciting Independent Contractors for events and managing scheduling process
Navigating computer apps such as Microsoft, Excel, Word, One Drive & Stiletto
Utilizing with ease our Company software STiLETTO:
o Updating & maintaining master schedule
o Payroll & billing preparation, review & submission
Maintaining order and organization of POS in storage unit(s) and distributing POS materials as needed for upcoming events
Maintaining on site event observations and providing feedback via Stiletto App

TSP Managers must be responsive to communication from CEO (daily). Timely responses are a critical component of our process. Further, while each Manager’s compensation package varies, strict confidentiality with regard to compensation and/or benefits is expected among all personnel.
Special Events & Holidays: TSP Managers are required to attend/work most special events. It assures our clients we prioritize higher profile assignments. (Examples: Charity fundraisers, Golf outings, Pub crawls). Managers are also required to be available for shifts and on-call during busy holidays, which can include Saturdays. Examples of those dates: St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, July 4th Weekend, Halloween, and Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas/Christmas Eve. Vacations (requested PTO) should be requested during less busy time frames.
Compensation Guidelines:
$45K annually auto reimbursement
One-year period will include quarterly performance assessments, & annual assessments following year one
Year 2: Bonus structure deployed (1% of Annual Gross Income), Year 3: 1.5% of AGI (to be determined).
