Primary Purpose: The Executive Director for Talent Development is responsible for managing and developing processes and programs that drive the attraction, retention and development of highly successful talent in all areas of the organization. Upholding the district culture and core values, the Executive Director plays an integral role in supporting the strategic direction of the district, specifically in the areas of talent sourcing, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, personalized professional learning, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
