Job Title: Vendor Relations & Operations Manager
Job Overview
We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-driven Vendor Relations & Operations Manager to enhance our team in Lawrenceville, GA. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal in nurturing relationships with our members and vendor partners, as well as identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and orchestrating events that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore potential vendor partnerships within the convenience store sector.
- Organize and facilitate vendor meetings in conjunction with the Vendor Relations Committee.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Compile vendor proposals and draft Customer Merchandising Agreements (CMA).
- Oversee the e-signing process for essential program documents (CMA and NDA) with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Clearly articulate program terms and conditions to all relevant parties.
- Participate in and lead comprehensive business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Territory Development Managers, Finance, and Legal, to guarantee contract adherence and the successful implementation of promotional initiatives.
- Analyze weekly vendor performance metrics and proactively address opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct site visits alongside Field Operations for compliance assessments and data collection.
- Review and evaluate incoming candidates, coordinating interviews with the Chief Operating Officer.
- Assume additional duties as required.

Qualifications
