Executive Assistant/Coordinator, Investor Relations to $100k! - Opportunity in a Leading Financial Firm!

A leading company is looking for a dynamic professional to provide high level administrative support to the Investor Relations Team. In this role, you will primarily assist one of the Heads of Investor Relations and Business Development and will contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the department. Specific responsibilities include calendar management, preparing expense reports, managing a high volume of daily emails, coordinating all meetings and professional events, prioritizing conflicting needs, and serving as back-up for the receptionist as needed. The qualified candidate will have 3 years of relevant work experience and has a bachelor's degree. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, balance priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high quality work. Time management skills are a must, as this role will need to prioritize their day to meet the needs of team members. Amazing opportunity with extensive benefits package!
