Top Human Resources Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Implements an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Human Resources Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. General Description: Under close supervision, provides administrative and secretarial support with human resources and/or payroll functions. Reviews forms and documents for compliance with established rules, regulations, and guidelines and recommends and/or takes corrective action necessary to ensure compliance. Work is generally reviewed for conformance and consistency with practice and policy. Assists professional staff by researching, collecting, and compiling information/data within defined criteria. Relieves supervisor of clerical and minor administration duties, exercising discretion and independent judgment. Necessity for dictation, familiarity with word processors, and other special requirements vary depending upon supervisor’s preference. Performs related work as required. Mandatory overtime may be required for this position.
Education: High school diploma or the equivalent.
Experience: One (1) year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience performing clerical or secretarial work.
