Our website business is growing and we're looking for a friendly face to be the first contact for our nationwide customers. We primarily sell entertainment media products so being a music lover, movie nerd or gaming geek is a must! Responsabilities include managing multiple channels of online communication to include email, messaging and live chat through multiple channels to provide information on products, assisting customers in ordering products and handling returns or problems that may happen during the course of a customer's order.

* Good social skills. We aim to deliver friendly and pleasant customer service so you'll need to be able to handle customers that range from nice and friendly to disruptive and occasionally rude ones.
* Basic computer literacy. You'll need to know how to use microsoft and google based tools and be able to navigate the tools and websites we've developed and use.
* Be organized! You'll need to keep track of alot so you should be able to multitask, prioritize and stay focused.
In addition there are opportunities for those experienced or inclined to expand and help out with other areas of our company such as marketing, social media, analytics and even customer facing retail as we are opening a new store at this location. So while the position is part time a motivated individual could easily become full-time for the right person.
Ecommerce position is part-time, 10-20 hours per week Monday through Sunday. On location. Schedule can be flexible in between 9-6pm.
