Job Summary:

Campany Roof Maintenance is looking to fill an immediate full-time position for a dynamic Sales Executive. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to actively seek out new customers. You will provide complete solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new customer prospects through cold calling within identified markets.
• Present, promote and sell products/services to new customers.
• Manage pipeline of sales from lead through to completed job.
• Assist with the production management of each job sold.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales.
• Hunter mentality prospecting and developing new customers
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Excellent solution selling skills
• Top level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Knowledge of CRM’s a plus
• Prior roofing sales required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
