Top Credit Executive leads the overall credit function. Responsible for creating and implementing policies regarding the review of customers credit history and the granting and/or extension of credit lines. Being a Top Credit Executive ensures that research of credit worthiness is effective and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. May lead a loan review or other internal committee that has oversight on credit policy. Additionally, Top Credit Executive may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. POSITION: Credit Analyst
LOCATION: South Jordan, Spanish Fork, Tremonton or Logan Utah
COMPENSATION: Grade 10-11 ($55,000 - $70,000) Depending on education and experience, plus up to 15% additional performance based variable incentive compensation. Comprehensive benefits package also provided.
RESPONSIBILITY: Prepares financial analysis, credit memos and loan monitoring of credits across the Association. In consultation with account managers, develops realistic loan structures, monitors loan performance; validates and reconciles financial information utilized in the credit decision process and completes industry specific research to validate key financial metrics. Ensures reporting of financial analysis and loan classifications are accurate. Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
GENERAL DATA: For over 100 years, the Association has been providing agricultural lending services to commercial and mortgage borrowers in Utah and portions of Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona.
