Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field. (Preferable)
· Certifications in YouTube marketing, digital marketing, or SEO are highly desirable.
Experience
· Proven track record of growing YouTube channels, with specific examples of successful campaigns and channel growth metrics.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on video content creation and YouTube channel management.
· Demonstrated expertise in YouTube SEO, including optimization of titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
· Experience with YouTube analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
· Proficiency in video editing software and tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
· Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
· Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
