Top Community Development Executive leads and plans all aspects of an organization's economic development lending activities to support or subsidize improvements in the community. Develops and maintains relationships with groups, agencies, and organizations in the community to identify business development opportunities. Being a Top Community Development Executive establishes the policies guiding the community development strategy and ensures the organization's compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other regulations. Contributes to marketing efforts to foster company visibility and awareness of projects or initiatives. Additionally, Top Community Development Executive monitors ongoing initiatives to evaluate progress and efforts. Researches and evaluates current and future community needs to identify lending and other business development opportunities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Community Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Community Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Our Maintenance Technicians focus on customer satisfaction, and they strive to embody our motto, “A Friendly Home”, by maintaining a professional courteous attitude while building relationships with co-workers, residents and our trade partners. This job may be ideal for an experienced technician as well as an experienced supervisor. Our Technicians respond to maintenance requests from our residents to ensure their needs are met, as well as preventative maintenance, light carpentry, appliance installs, HVAC, and other related duties.
ATC has very high standards for performance and candidates must possess the following attributes to be considered:
· Impeccable, professional customer service skills.
· Self-motivated, skilled time manager.
· Dependable transportation and good driving record with a valid drivers’ license and proof of insurance.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Two or more years of related experience and/or training in maintenance or contractor/trades work, including either plumbing, light carpentry, drywall, and electrical, or a combination of skills.
Preferred Qualifications/License (but not required)
· CPO
· EPA
·· OSHA
· HVAC and appliance repair are a plus.
The hours are M-F 8am-5pm (possibility of some weekend, overtime, or on-call hours depending on the property demand).
