Job Summary:
Provides executive leadership in the operational and financial success of the local physician ambulatory enterprise. Oversees the strategic growth of the physician and ambulatory service clinics, with quality that results in top quartile results. Directs the programs and strategies resulting in successful matrix, quality, patient experience and financial results. Collaborates with leadership in ambulatory services to implement AHPS/AHPN strategies in concert with Care Division strategy. Works closely with hospital leaders to implement strategic program initiatives for physician and ambulatory services. Adheres to organization's missions and philosophy as well as standard policies and procedures. Manages financial responsibilities such as expense management, productivity management, budgeting and financial planning. Actively participates for preparation along with team members for licensing, accreditation and regularly scheduled surveys.
