In this role, the Sales and Engineering Manager will lead their team to achieve increased sales throughout the business platforms by defining and enhancing the customer experience through increased customer engagement and ownership. The successful candidate's educational background will include an undergraduate degree in engineering, operations management, business, a MBA would be ideal. Proven experience in delivering sales growth. (5 plus years or sales experience). Experience in pricing and quoting in a technical product line. Experience with Marketing and Business Development tools and processes. Past hands-on experience with SEO and Website development and maintenance. Computer skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
