Domar Companies is representing a major telecommunications client in their search for a dynamic Sales / Marketing - Field Sales professional to join their team.

This role is critical in driving customer engagement and promoting our innovative telecommunication solutions.

Position : Sales / Marketing - Field Sales

Location : Central California Region

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Under sales manager supervision, generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Solution-Based Selling : Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of companies products and services.

Recommend wireless solutions regarding price plans, data, other enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.

• Deal Negotiation : Negotiate and close deals.
• Skill Development : Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.

Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.

• Sales Strategies : Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Sales Tools Utilization : Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
• Additional Duties : Perform other duties / projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education :

• High School Diploma / GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience :

1 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

• Task Management : Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking (Required)
• Customer Service : Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
• Negotiation : Effective negotiating and closing skills (Required)
• Proposal Writing : Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product / service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)
• Presentation and speaking ability
