Job Description:

Primary Job Duties & Tasks:

Training Strategy Development:

• Design and implement comprehensive training plans to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Identify training needs through stakeholder consultation and needs assessments.

Material and Content Creation:

• Develop a variety of training materials such as manuals, online modules, and instructional guides.
• Create engaging training videos to enhance learning experiences.

Leading Training Sessions:

• Plan and conduct effective training sessions, both in-person and online, for diverse learner groups.
• Utilize interactive techniques to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
• Tailor training methods to accommodate various learning styles and roles.

Innovative Training Solutions:

• Implement innovative methods and technologies to enhance learning.
• Stay updated on training trends to improve effectiveness continuously.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Mentor a team of training professionals.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT specialists, and external partners to align training with project goals.

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on training progress to senior management.

Evaluation and Feedback:

• Establish metrics to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
• Incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Change Management:

• Assist in managing change by preparing staff for transitions and system implementations.

Additional Duties:

• Provide coaching and facilitation support.
• Gather client feedback and build trust as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the design and delivery of training programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to training activities.
• Ensure user readiness and define success metrics.

Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, or related field preferred.
• Experience in training large organizations in best practices.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency in project management approaches and tools.
• Experience with large-scale training efforts.
