Overview:A rapidly growing insurance agency is seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join the team and play a vital role in driving business growth.You will be responsible for developing and servicing client accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and maximizing client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not are Limited to:Client Management:* Foster strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor on insurance needs.* Proactively manage assigned accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing client inquiries.* Assist clients with requests for certificates, policy changes, cancellations, and claims submissions.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within the agency management system.
Business Development:* Collaborate with Producers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.* Assist with assembling and presenting proposals to potential clients.* Secure client signatures, collect payments, and manage follow-up activities.
Account Servicing:* Coordinate and implement the delivery of agency and carrier services to clients.* Prepare summaries of insurance coverage, schedules, and proposals for client review.* Monitor policy audits and facilitate any necessary corrections.* Analyze client contracts and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
Teamwork:* Adhere to the agency's core values and code of ethics.* Uphold the agency's established procedures and data management systems.* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:* Property & Casualty license* 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance (preferred).* Strong understanding of business insurance coverage and premium rating methods.* Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.* Proficiency in agency management systems and relevant software.* Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients.
