Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to build another sales team in achieving company targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Solar sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to recruit Solar Sales team members, train them, and achieve sales goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record in personal Solar sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in leading sales teams a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
