Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Analyst role located in Smithfield, NC. The Technical Analyst will assist with many of the operational engineering tasks being led by our Chief Information Officer including: data configuration, low-code software application creation, and generally building, mapping, and prepping shifts in our softwares. The goal of this role is to aid the CIO in continuing to be on the forefront of technical operational efficiencies in the construction industry.

Duties

• Iterate efficiencies in high-use local and web based tools. IE Microsoft Excel etc.
• Manage prep work and roll out for new software processes.
• Working directly with the CIO to map and build operational efficiencies.
• Monitor existing softwares for known issues.
• Explore new software programs and aid in implementation at the direction of the CIO.
• Explore additional features in existing softwares and project manage adjusting the company’s adoption of new procedures.
• Be the first point of escalation for issues in some software programs.
• Build reports at the direction of the CIO.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Requirements

• Strong ability to map operational processes
• High-level understanding of software wireframes
• Experience with data management
• Excellent Microsoft suite skills

Preferred Knowledge

Experience using and building in Airtable

ERP workflow and configuration

Basic coding or software design experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
