Customer Support Representative
Position Summary:
In this role you have the primary responsibility of first level support for our partner’s customers in the B2B space. The position is customer service driven and will entail troubleshooting basic application issues and escalating/triaging more complex tickets. In addition, you will help with products and services to both internal and external customers via telephone or electronic medium. You will be a primary contributor to the success and productivity of the company ensuring the needs of the organization are met.
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Some experience or knowledge of customer service preferred
- Experience working with business customers and/or internal stakeholders, a plus

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide business customer support for log in/authentication challenges and troubleshoot basic application related issues
- Use multiple systems at once to find and deliver the information asked for as not everything will be in one main system.
- Ability to use multiple web applications and technical programs
- Field customer calls and perform Tier 1 troubleshooting techniques in attempt to resolve incidents; escalate issues using official escalation procedures when appropriate
- Provide reports to business customers or internal stakeholders
- Determine, verify, and authenticate customer data
- Open, update and closes incident and request tickets
- Use of tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP function in MS Excel
- Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work
Location: 100% Remote (Must Reside in FL, PA, or NC)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
