Position Overview:
In this position you would be assisting in the management of a team of 20, alongside being a Player / Coach placing Accounting & Finance professionals into Buy-side or Sell Side Financial Services. In this role you will be strategically responsible for the growth of this market.
Roles and responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the Accounting & Finance function.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.
Team Management: Being involved in the expansion of the team. So, you will need to build and mentor a high-performing team of full desk recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Driving revenue; you will be responsible for driving revenue from clients and also from the team.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in placing within the Banking or Hedge fund and PE space.
Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance roles, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
