Talent Acquisition
- Implement internal and external recruitment and hiring processes to ensure consistency, utilizing active recruiting methods to attract and hire the best candidates in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications to develop accurate postings on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
- Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes for open roles.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and the organization.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, and negotiating terms and conditions of employment. Decline unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner.
- Work with the HR team and leaders across the organization to support the tracking of on-site external contractors.
- Maintain data integrity and utilize insights to improve recruiting process.
- Process criminal background checks on applicable candidates.
- Manage and monitor outside recruiting agency relationships when necessary.
Onboarding
- Assist HR leadership with onboarding included but not limited to: leading orientation and building tours, maintaining onboarding documentation, assigning mentors, sending out welcoming emails, scheduling department overviews, and preparing new employee workspaces.
- Support the Employee Experience Manager with continuous improvement efforts of the onboarding process, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement or change when applicable.
Additional HR Support
- Manage the summer intern program.
- Develop and adhere to HR processes while providing ideas and constructive feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Respond to employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures in person and across internal platforms.
- Support the performance check-in and goal setting processes by tracking submissions and sending reminders.
- Support HR internal communication efforts.
- Manage tracking and ordering business cards and nameplates for employees.
- Maintain data privacy and security policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience
- At least 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to show good judgement
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
- Must be able to balance multiple priorities
- Must be flexible to adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college;
- Customer service experience a plus;
- Background in recruitment, hiring and onboarding preferred.
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (preferably UKG) preferred.
