Your Role With Us:
The PSA /HWA/ Analyst will primarily be responsible for comprehensively assessing and analyzing safety and security reports related to combative patients, employee injuries, patient grievances, and other related incidents in the healthcare setting. They will ensure accurate, timely, and meticulous review and documentation processes, helping to enhance patient and staff safety standards. Conduct investigation on and facilitate reimbursements for stolen property. Complete annual facilities risk assessments to adhere to Joint Commission standards. Complete and follow up on threat assessment investigations that affect the organization and employees within.
