We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in security systems, alarm systems, and automation/ AV
**Duties:**
- Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems including security systems, automation systems and alarm systems
- Configure and troubleshoot security cameras and access control systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Test systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Keep detailed records of work performed and parts used
**Requirements:**
- Experience in Low Voltage Systems or related field
- Proficiency in security systems including installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of wiring/install techniques for access control systems
- Experience with power tools for installation and repair tasks
- Previous work as a service/install technician in the security industry is preferred
- Familiarity with computer hardware components for system integration
- Ability to use hand tools for intricate wiring tasks
- Understanding of schematics for system design and troubleshooting
