    The Customer Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the analysis, tracking, planning, forecasting, and leading the replenishment needs for the Walmart and Sam’s Club Customer team. In this role, you will lead a 3-person team that works closely with customer inventory planning / replenishment teams and Keurig Dr Pepper sales and supply chain teams. This role will ensure Keurig Coffee, Coffeemakers and Accessories are on the retailer’s shelf, when and where our customers need them, while optimizing supply chain efficiencies between KDP and the customer.

    Responsibilities:

    External Customer Supply Chain Management:

    • Primary point of contact for Walmart and Sam’s Club Replenishment / Merchandise Operations teams
    • Influence retail partners through data-driven analytics and compelling storytelling.
    • Investigate and propose solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and sales growth within Walmart’s model.
    • Participate in customer negotiations on KDP supply chain policies, deductions, and post-audit resolutions.
    • Responsible for all customer forecasting and inventory replenishment activities including:
      • Key contributor to several monthly sales forecasting meetings to ensure the most accurate Walmart Supply Chain view
      • Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment events to support promotional and seasonal activity.
      • Ensuring numerous customer item settings are properly maintained to ensure appropriate store level product replenishment.
      • Recommending Replenishment policies to customer replenishment and inventory management teams
      • Utilizing customer forecasting data to provide analytical support to Team (Account Managers, Category Managers, etc.)
      • Effectively leveraging customer forecasting system reporting capabilities
      • Build relationships with retail customer cross functional teams that allow for collaboration and solutions.


      Internal Supply Chain Management:

      • Monitor and adjust customer order patterns based on real-time data.
      • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning to identify short-term demand changes and future promotional plans.
      • Collaborate on monthly Sales Outlook projections with the Director of Sales and Revenue Growth Management by analyzing customer order forecast projections, open orders, and customer inventory levels to adjust customer-level forecasts.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand promotional activities, trade changes, and key account plans.
      • Review variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals to provide guidance, understanding trends and future impact.
      • Support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive supply chain efficiency.
      • Manage customer expectations for the direct import coffee brewer business and collaborate with the US and Singapore supply chain teams.


      People Management:
    • Lead and develop two Replenishment Analysts responsible for leading Keurig Dr Pepper’s total Coffee System portfolio (Coffee, Coffee Makers, Coffee Accessories) at both Walmart and Sam’s Club
    • Help set clear goals and expectations for the local Coffee System Replenishment team
    • Lead and develop core analytical skills for each of the direct reports
    • Conduct multiple structured performance and development conversations to ensure direct reports are achieving overall team objectives
    • Support Personal Development Plans for each direct report

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred and minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Sales Analytics, Forecasting and/or Demand Planning
    • An understanding of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
    • Experience in advanced planning systems a plus: COGNOS, Demantra, SAP
    • Strong understanding of Walmart Systems (GRS) and Supply Chain networks preferred
    • Direct import retail supply chain experience preferred
    • Experience with Ladder Planning and processes preferred
    • Knowledge of the supply chain and the impact of demand planning on supply chain performance
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and aptitude
    • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Access
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
