About the Position
Implements and administers one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple projects or sub-projects.
Responsibilities:- Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or its customers
- Partners with all key stakeholders, internal and external, on continuous improvement and to drive continuous development
- Builds and manages relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- May manage the work of program staff to ensure deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with established standards and specifications
- Manages program activities, content, and execution, to include managing action items, identifying risks, and implementing abatement plans for those risks
- Partners with leadership to identify/triage program improvements as appropriate; provides reports and updates senior management or other stakeholders
- May participate in all aspects of the program, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance
- Manages and coordinates any training programs, and ensures all presentation material, required technology, and presenters are prepared to maximize the quality of the training experience
- In conjunction with communications team, develop and execute internal and external communication plan
- Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
- Ensures program activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations
- Other responsibilities as required or requested
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or related field
- Capable of building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage and lead cross functional initiatives
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Ability to drive process and performance improvements
- Experience working with multiple decision makers and constituencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Complex problem-solving ability
