Our company is looking for a structural concrete superintendent and/or formsetter to work in the field and oversee crews on concrete construction projects of mostly commercial foundation scopes, with some residential.
This position will be responsible for organizing job materials, forms, hardware, consumables, etc for each job, ordering inventory and materials including but not limited to concrete, rebar, cures, ties, lumber, etc, tracking and accepting deliveries, concrete wall forming labor, and reading and executing building plans. This position will work closely with owners and general contractors, and respond to contractor or customer concerns.
This position will also attend job meetings, and most jobs would be within Pueblo county, but could be anywhere in the southern Colorado region.
We offer paid vacation after one year, savings plan with matching after one year, 401(k) with matching after 6 months. Wage within the range advertised will be determined by years and specificity of experience, how strongly requirements are met, and education received.
