Looking for a reliable, detailed-orientated person with strong organizational skills, with the ability to work individually as well as with a team. Data entry experience is a must along with being proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, common keyboard shortcuts, Adobe Reader and Gmail. There is also an industry-specific sales program, Agility, which will be necessary to learn. Customer service skills are a plus; excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Multi-tasking and prioritizing a changing workload will be necessary.
Duties:
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
· Manage admin and support faxes and e-mails, deliver or direct to the appropriate personnel.
· Review purchase orders and order acknowledgments, update information in the computer as needed.
· Contact suppliers with any issues.
· Maintain spreadsheets for credits due from vendors and inventory. Create and maintain other tracking
· Spreadsheets as needed.
· Make labels, signs or indicators as needed for the facility.
· Assist with physical inventory.
· Assist bookkeeper as needed.
· Any other tasks as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
