📐 About this role
We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the coordination that support the recruiters in scheduling candidates through the process, and assiting in moving candidates through the process. This is a highly organized role where you'll be expected to manage various projects and have a great attention to detail.
🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and onsite interviews
Respond to recruiting inquiries from both internal and external customers promptly
Develop a detailed understanding of the recruitment process
Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and manage detailed records of candidate information (roughly 70 to 100 a week)
Own the interview scheduling process and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process

1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines
Ability to think creatively
Ability to Connect with recruiters/hiring managers regularly to align on prioritization and goals

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
Experience with Asbhy - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
Preferred location: San Francisco hub: working in office 1-2 days per week
